Bob Mulvihill Jr. founded Mulvihill Farms, Inc. in 1999. It was originally a corporation set up for raising and selling livestock. Since 2002, Mulvihill Farms has been purchasing single family homes and multifamily rental properties in the Drake University vicinity and in Norwalk, IA. The properties are currently managed by A1 & Associates and by Bob.
