Bob Mulvihill Jr. founded Mulvihill Farms, Inc. in 1999. The name of the business comes from the ag-related work being done at the time it was founded, as a tribute to the long history of our family living and farming in Iowa, and also to the future as the company expands into viticulture and other things.
Since 2002, Mulvihill Farms has been purchasing single family homes and multifamily rental properties in the Drake University vicinity and in Norwalk, IA. We focus on providing safe, comfortable, and affordable places to live. We believe in remodeling units to make them more appealing. We use high quality materials that cost more upfront but provide higher standards of living and durability.
