Put money down to reserve a rental unit
We require that you put down $50 so that we can reserve a house or apartment. This is so that we hold the rental unit only for people who are serious about renting from us. This is non-refundable with one exception. If we reject your application, we will return the full amount minus any transaction fees we incur. Make sure you want the rental unit before putting money down.
This payment system uses Paypal which allows you to pay using a bank account or a credit card. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can easily set one up for free after clicking the button below.
